me went bodyworlds yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with lyd and mum. ^_^ fun fun fun!!!! and no, i'm not morbid, it really was fun........ we were making comments on the displays, and the true meaning of resting in pieces was very obvious. ^_^ but some of the displays had strange smell... >< and there were a few that looked vaguely like.... edible stuff... O.o... not kidding, there was a display (can't remember wat) that look a lot like chicken. -_-" hhahahahahahahahah.

unfortunately, the one with the horse and a rider wasn't in s'pore... sad, was quite looking forward to seeing it.... but there was one of a colt, which was very cute so. ^_^ and the rabbit's blood vessels also look very cute. ^_^

is anyone out there getting scared yet? ^____________^

yup yup, so that was mostly wat happened yesterday, after driving that is. wah driving, felt like strangling the stupid instructor dunno how many times....... he just got on my nerves for 1/2 the lesson, then he wasn't so bad the last 1/2.... tsk tsk... if looks could kill he'd be dead at least 10 times over. >< oh well, he passed my module 1 and started me on module 2 so i'm not complaining. ^_^ seems that next prac test date will be in march, so hopefully can clear mod 2 and go on to mod 3, then can get license by april. ^____________^ any chauffering requests? apparently i'm already lyd's private chauffer. >< talk abt advanced booking. ><

progress on FFX-2 is pretty good. 56% completed, 28 hours. currently on chpt 4, game ends at chpt 5. very interesting storyline, shuyin looks quite droolworthy, plus, his voice is much nicer than tidus'... not so..... irritating? screechy? maybe cos shuyin's voice actor has a lower voice, (and doesn't talk as much) and basically doesn't grate so much on the ears. now just wondering whether or not i get to see lenne or not.... hm hm hm. ^_^

managed to access the fanfiction site lyd's been telling me to go to. finally. think i typed the wrong address. -_-" yup, there's a,lot of stuff there, one fine day when i'm chao bored i'lll pick my way thru all the stuff there..... maybe can find some nice X stuff? oh, then must see if they cater to Wish as well. ^_^ *5 min later* MOU!!!!!! DUN HAVE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!! *throws tantrum* another comlaint, the layout isn't very good.... or maybe it's cos i'm too used to ff.net..... oh well.

*bounces madly* me ith officiall FFX-2 addict. ^_^ the game is super fun, and has nice graphics too, more fun to play than FFX. ^_^ been playing it a lto lately, that's why i'm hardly online now. ^_^ i think i spent the whole of fri playing, dun remember wat happened that day. ^_^"

FCT, chiken and looney ray came over to bai nian yesterday... -_-" FCT called me 3 times altogether, twice before i woke up. >< when he fially got thru, he insisted that they'd come whether or not i gave them permission cos they were over at looney ray's house... tsk tsk... but it was fun when they came, got to see my 'dear' botak classmates. *rofl* all of them look much better with short hair tho'. ^_~ then they were telling horror stories of camp, looney ray insisted that he heard a female ghost even tho FCT and chiken told him it was prob the female copmany on nighte training. *rofl* FCT is very keen on seeing a ghost, tsk tsk, why am i not surprised. ^_^ chiken is in the same company as opp MP's son, so i think they've got some of the worst treatment..... NS sounds quite fun, from their stories, but i def wouldn't want to go in for it... imagine... 4h of sleep a day. ^_^ piggy me couldn't survive no da. ^_^

little cuzzies came over after my wonderful clasmates left. gave smallest one his b'day prezzie. actually, we bought him a remote controlled car and the batteries as well, so decided to play ajoke on him. wrapped the batteries up in abt 10 layers of newspaper and gave that to him first.... unfortunately, he didn't have any rxn when he finally worked his way thru all the layers. -_-" in fact, he got even more excited the more newspapaer he tore away! yup, so in the end we gave him the car and told him it was his present for next year (2005)... then he paniced cos he'd actually started to unwrap it already, so he quickly stuck back the wrapper and would probably have only unwrapped it next year if we hadn't old him it was a joke... kawaii ne? ^_~

played with his car after dinner, he chased the car around in circles, it's a wonder he didn't see stars or something. ^_^ then we went to have PS party. played 'finding nemo', the game's actually quite simple, but irritating, got to chase dori ard in cicrcles cos she's such a scatterbrain she forgot she was suppose to help marlin.... all of us (ie: the 3 da jie's aka me and my sisters) got so frustrated we started discussing ways to cook the fishies after we were thru with them... and little cuzzie suddenly announced that he didn't want to kill marlin, but he wanted to steam dory!!! O.o btw, he's 5 and he's crazy abt the cartoon. yup, so we finally came to the conclusion that we would steam dory ala steamed pomfret, and then we'd fry marlin to have marlin chips. ^_^ darn, getting hungry talking abt the ways to eat a fish... ^_^

played copmy the whole of today alos, going to play more after this. ^_____________^ it's all ff.net's fault, no nice fics to read anymore......... and my nice reviewers all disappeared too!!! mou!!!!!!!!!!

on a brighter note, I PASSED MY ADVANCED THEORY TEST!!!!!!! woot! now i can tell my instructor, then can book test date for practical, then i can drive drive DRIVE!!!!! ^_^ how fun no da, but first must take module 1 test on tues.... then can go on to module 2. must pass no da. *determined look*

wonders of wonders, me no been online since monday...... *awed silence* no la... sisters had work to do on the com... so me being the nice little sister.... no choice right? but i put my internet time to good use..... I FINISHED FFX!!!!!!!!!! *streamers and balloons* at long long LONG last..... gave up on my side quests, mini-games, ultimate weapons etc and decided to just whack the final boss..... turned out to be pretty ok.... didn't get killed very badly as compared to the time i first played FF7 and went in to fight sephy without saving first. -_-" FFX ending was really sad.... even sadder than in the VCD that i have which is basically most of the FMVs.... unfotunately, there wasn't any trailer for FFX-2... du even noe whether or not ther's supposed to be one. oh well. yup, so i started FFX-2 also.... reminds me a lot of FF7. the battle system is pretty similar, in terms of ATB that is... and from what i've read of the mini-games part of the guide, the chocobo part is also quite identical. smthg abt getting into fights where u must feed it with greens to prevent it from running off, then u can't whack it, and must keep it ard until all the fiends are dead in order to capture it.

aiyah, i've basically been playing FFX-2 since monday.... except for 4 hours yesterday when i wa a good girl and did the ironing for mum. ^_^ oh ya, watched infernal affairs last nite, sis bf lent us the dvd..... it's really nice... and kinda sad too. now i want to rewatch IA2 so i'll actually understand wat's going on... but first, must stare at lots of shawn yue and edison chen pics so i can tell them apart..... aka: hint hint, xx, NEW BLOG LAYOUT!!!

went to bai nian today... if u can even call it that... basically went to maternal grandma's house first, hung ard for 4h, then went over the paternal grandpa's house, stoned for.... 45 min? (abt there) then came home. had ots of fun at grandma's house and 1% fun, 99% boredom at grnadpa's house. hyper little cuzzie was running ard and talking crap the whole of the 4h, then other cuzzie was sprawled all over me and 2nd sis.... was so scared she'd rip a hole in my skirt or pull it out of place, cos i was wearing the tie-around kind of thingy.... very malu if it comes undone halfway ma... little cuzzie drew caricatures of almost everyone present, was super funny, cos he's only 5, so the only thing that looked close enuff was actually a drawing of another cuzzie..... then he drew my uncle's finger in microscopic detail, including wrinkles at the joint and finger hair.... .-_-" tsk tsk....

then went to grandpa's house and watched the CCTV rerun of their CNY celebration.... and attempted to make conversation with my slightly deaf grandpa... aka: sit and smile and look like i understand him. >< sis ended up having to shout at him so he could hear her... and i think it worked, cos he told her she speaks very loudly, so he can hear her. -_-" wadeva.

finished surfing 3 days worth of fic on ff.net... sadly here isn't much up. >< oh well, also d/ling PMK 15, so hopefully it'll be a good enuff replacment for my fic deprivation, cos it's apparently the haiku epp. *bounces in anticpation*

*bounces madly* THERE"S A SHINSENGUMI GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR PS2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but..... sigh, it's in jap. ><

had a really fun day today...

went shopping at taka for cuzzie's b'day prezzie... bought him a remote control car... too bad they dun have remote contolled dinosaurs, think he'd like that better. ^_^ then looked around for suitable working clothes even tho' i haven't found a job. realised most of my stuff is highly unsuitable... aka: spag straps and T-shirts... and if i end up teaching, i can't wear a cardi over my spag straps, i'll just sweat myself dry and roast to death. >< unless there's aircon. ^_^

got 2 new piercings. ^_^ and mum was encouraging me ok, cos my aunt went to get 2nd earholes -_-" she showed us during reunion yesterday... and i think mum was more excited than i was over my new ear holes. -_-" and my sis also wants to get hers done..... just a thought... was it really just a few years ago when having multiple piercings meant u were a) ah lian b) ah huay c) gay? *waxes philosophical*oh well. now me hath a grand total of 4 earholes... on my way to becoming a ditzy blonde? maybe.... just need blonde dye. ^_^ went back to the same shop i got my first pair from... but that was eons ago, when i was 5... remember screaming the entire shop down cos the earring broke when it went in or something, so the girl had to pull it out and start over... very painful no da.... this time round nothing happened, thank goodness... was kinda like getting an injection... only i never heard of anyone getting an injection thru their ear.... hee... guess the added holes have made me more airheaded. ^_^

after that went for driving... wah lau! stupid idiot who used the car before me parked it at another carpark and didn't tell the front desk!!! i ended up running around for 5 min in the rain (the umbrella didn't help much) looking for the darn car... then when i finally found it, i was too jittery to drive properly, hit the kurb dunno how many times when doing my reversing, and stalled the engine 5 times when moving off the slope. hahaha... but i think i managed to give today's instructor a few more gray hairs. ^_^ he jammed the brake dunno how many times cos he thot i was going to hit the car in front. XP i may be of the female species, but i can drive ok! and my judgement and spatial perception is not so bad until i will hit the car i'm passing!!! even though i pass very close that is. >< oh yah, and i made several close calls to hitting a curb when doing a U-turn. ^_^ who ask him never park the car back where it belonged.... made me get my nice shoes all wet running around... hmph!

so... dirinv module 1 assessment next week... then can go onto module 2 and hit the roads!! woohoo!!! UBI HERE I COME!!!!! don't worry, i'll try not to scare my future instructors.... *evil laughter* told mum that since all of them think that i've got potential, i should just become a F1 driver.... then dun need to worry abt braking that much. my sis' logic as to y i seem better than them is that i play chocobo racing... *scratch head* that doth not make sense no da.

played FFX yesterday... was making really good progress and feeling good abt myself... until i got killed by stupid ultima weapon. >< i was surviving pretty good... then only yuna was left alive in my party of 3, so i managed to get in 2 rounds of 'life' so everyone was back to normal..... then the @#$%^& thing cast ultima..... bye bye 45 min of gaming cos cannot save. >< >< >< then decided to race in the Calm Lands to get tidus weapon activated.... i swear the compy shows fvouritism!!! the #$%^& trainer gets all the balloons before i do!!! and the closest i got was 10.3s!!! and i need to get 0s in order to get my watever u call it as a prize!!!!!!!! ><

aiyah. i shall go read FoR now... then can read Wish..... i think this will be the 5th time i've read Wish... but it's a really really nice story!!! maybe a little blasphemous, but it's sooooo sugary sweet that i dun think i'll need a sugar fix much after reading it. ^_^ btw ning da, what are the names of the 2 demons i always mix up? kouryuu and something else....^_^

^______________^ went ning's house yesterday and came back with manga fix. ^__________^ my mum was giving me strange looks when i got into the car carrying... i think 13 books of manga. ^____________^

had a PS party in ning's house yesterday... only kai, amy and xx turned up in the end... sad... but we had lots of fun bashing orcs, easterlings and spirits of the dead in RotK... but the game was irritating you can only save after you complete each level. so i think we played the pelennor fields part more than 10 times but got killed each time. -_-" stupid la..... it goes something like: kill the oliphaunt, run across and kill another one, shoot the nazgul, run back to starting point kill another oliphaunt... repeat the sequence in a loop for dunno how many times.... in the end we gave up and went to play pool. >< it was fun, but i think KH is far more fool-proof in terms of bashing expertise required.

ning showed me luna sea dvd and long hair hyde.... latter was scaree no da..... and he was dancing too (in another vid where he had shorter hair) seruosly scaree... i think someone should chain his butt to the floor so he can't shake it. ^_^ but the dancing in the video was funny/entertaining aka: more creative than the standard boyband kind of moves. still find it hard to believe that he's a rock singer... he's too pretty nya~ and gackt also~ how can gackt be taller than hyde?!?!?!? he's prettier by a lot more!!! ^____________^

we corrupted amy some yesterday... sad... but she's still very very very innocent compared to the warped triumvirate. ^_^ showed her okita-kun in ep 1 of peacemaker... and she said he was a girl!!!! *rofl* then we fastforwarded to the part where he glomped kondou isami and she flipped.... unfortunately, we didn't get roudn to showing her yamazaki disguised as a girl. ^_______________^ seems that everytime we swear to talk less warped in front of amy, we end up talking more. -_-" cmi.......

going for reunion dinner later... but me sleepy no da, stayed up till 12.30+ reading FoR... finished 3 books. ^_^ trying to speed thru as fast as possible, then can start reading wish (again) and DN angel.... best thing is... i dun even noe wat DN angel is abt. according to ning, it goes something like A likes B who likes C who likes D etc, but she swears that Z likes A or something like that. O.o wadeva.

shall go finish my reveiwer replies now, then can post my fic and (finally) update on scehdule. ^_^ incidentally, the ending was as total angst as expected..... got a little irritated at some parts, so put in some crap ^_^ but nothing as bad as wat happened to my poor little 'winter fairy' when i went on hyper editing spree. ^_^ speaking of WF, the story and character are dead. rest in peace yuki-chan. ^_^ *evil laughter* sleepy stoniness ith not goodth no da. ^_^ byebye

last day of attachment.... hee. total freedom until i get myself a real job. ^_^ lots of games Q-ing up... i can hear the PS calling to me............ *determined look* must not play until i finish writing my fic.... got 2 more days to my deadline, but i can't write at all tmr cos going ning's house. mahjong mahjong lalalalalalal!!!!! ahem.

wah.... proof that i haven't been in the sun for a million years.... me is feeling chao hot now from standing in the sun for 5 min this afternoon. ><

driving lessons super fun today.... did the 'S' course and crank course..... hit the curb twice during crank course, but other than that did ok..... instructor let me try directional change and slope also... slope is a bit the scary.... u've to go at a slope (abt... less than 45 deg, but still quite steep.) stop at the line, pull up handbrake, release footbrake and clutch, make sure the car doesn't slide backwards, then move off and down the slope and stop at the line at the bottom of the slope. O.o today was clutch day.... half the time was spent pumping the clutch or maintaining 1/2-clutch... >< oh well. good for left leg muscles. ^_^

oldest sis' b'day yesterday.... played joke on her, gave her a pair of PJs... wrapped in 'merry christmas' wrapper. ^_^ cos i didn't noe wat to buy her.... and i didn't wrap her christmas prezzie. ^_^ bad me. ^_^ went crystal jade la mien xiao long bao at great world city for dinner.... think we convinced the waiters or family was loony... cos we were seated at a round table that is big enuff to cause reaching problems, but too small to warrant a turntable... so we basically balanced a dish of sauce btwn a plate of duck and a plate of noodles so that everyone could reach the sauce...... and this waitress keep staring at it everytime she passed by until she couldn't tahan and removed it and put it back on the table. ^_^ then the tea was served in those glasses they normally use for ice water, so we ran out of tea before everyone's glass was filled... and me being the youngest got sabo-ed to potter ard the room to look for the thermos flask to refill the pot. >< good thing the waitress came back in time... i think she must have wanted to just hit us over the head or something. ^_^

came home and flipped thru FFX guide in an attempt to plan my stategy... seomhow, the final bosses dun seem that difficult to thrash... but in actual fact..... *shakes head* oh well, might go try again later, cos been training in the omega ruins, so shud be able to get something done... (aka: at least get inside stupid Sin. gr.)

sufficiently stoned to get some writing done now.... so ja then!

ARGH!!! *bangs head on PS* irritating. i'm contemplating not activating kihmari's ultimate weapon fully..... and ever getting/activating wakka's either cos i hate blitzball (which stems frm the fact that i can't remember how to play, and am to cheapo to hire pple) >< good news is: i learnt ultima (at last!) and have figured how to get lulu and yuna to learn autolife and full-life with as little pain (i hope) as possible. >< i think ning's prob making better prgoress on KH than i am on FFX. ><

went driving again yesterday, got the same instructor as my firsts lesson. i realised he looks chao gay without his sunglasses on. ^_^ dunno y also.... can't figure it out... sides, it's not very conducive to have warped thots abt the pple next to you right? particularly the one in control of the emergency brake in case wonderful me forgeteth to braketh on time. ^_^ think i scared him a few times yesterday... braked too late, so ended up almost kissing the back of the car in front. -_-" then didn't switch lanes to overtake fast enuff, so ended up face to face with mulitple cars coming from opp direction... very scaree no da... cos all the instructors have this "women can't drive" look on the faces even tho my instructor waved back at them.... malu man.....

clinic yesterday was super rushed... and for the first time, there was someone who objected to having me in the room. so i got sent out to help the nurses... heh... was supposed to wrte labels, but then... i couldn't read the nurse's handwriting, so had to ask her to spell it out for me ^_^" she found it very amusing... -_-" throw my face..... then there was this malay lady who thot i could understand her (cos i could tell the doc more or less wat she had from wat i understood of their conversation) so she asked me how old i was... in malay... i THINK. but i've this feeling it was in english and i didn't get it cos of her accent... so i said "er... dun understand" and both of them laughed!!!! mou!!! ok, i it was in english then. must have been. >< >< >< tsk. got to play with the BP machine today, took some guy's BP, the bottom reading was fine, but the top one.... heeee... exceeded by 30. ^_^" oh well.

sleepy and stoned... this is wat happens when u read FoR late into the nite/morning even tho u know u shud be sleeping. >< oh ya, and ning da, i still haven't started on the manga u lent me yet.... but from the flipping thru.... i'm getting chao confused as to who the heck is the girl(s) @_@

oh yah! i got a dvd player!!!! at long last rite. ^_^ *bounces madly* it's a 3 in 1 kind of thing, so me very happy now.... for watever strange and obscure reason, considering that the dvd that me wanteth to watch most is banned from my house. >< oh well. there's always someone else's house. *evil laughter*

off to read fic now, found some pretty interesting stories to read yesterday, but couldn't finish... and this FF7 author FINALLY updated.... sheesh. almost as bad as hydra, but still got more hope. >< speaking of fics, must go write finish also, so that i can (finally) keep my personal deadline. and i just realised, i still have not wrapped my sis' b'day prezzie... and it's due in.... 2 days? O.o eep!

that was part of the dinner conversation yesterday after ning and i got high on crepe in marche in anticpation of the chocolate buffet at fullerton. looks like having amy there to nag us into having proper meals didn't work, we still ate dessert for dinner... -_-" was quite funny, cos our table was right in front of the crepe stall, but amy didn't realise both of us were there waiting for our crepe (we were the only customers) until she spotted ning holding her plate while waiting for mine to be done. *rofl* but yesterday was really a day for blurness.... was supposed to meet ning at the ATMs at orchard MRT.... turned out that both of us were actually standing next to each other and waiting like idiots. -_-" and then ning's marche card mysteriously diappeared and we spent abt 15 min freaking out and searching madly, only to relaise that someone had already found it and returned it to the staff... and the staff manager (or watever he's called) told us off for being careless. ><

after that we went chocolate buffet and got a super overdose of sugar. XDXDXD the chocs were nice, but felt a bit sick after the cho overload just two rounds later.... and i couldnt sleep when i came home cos too high, so ended up majorly stoned in church today... -_-"

but other taht that, yesterday was fun.... got the koda kumi/kumi koda CD and utada hikaru's "hikari" single for my b'day prezzie.... only thing is.... the koda kumi/kumi koda CD has the songs i want, but in the wrong language..... man, i regret not buying the other CD i saw way last year, but then, at least the remixes on the one that i have are in jap... and i realised why the changed the singer for the FFX-2 english versions... her english is qute slurred, not like emiko shiratori's, so sometimes, you really can't hear wat she's singing. pity, cos her voice would sound more yuna-ish than that jade person. ><

orientation on friday was..... ok....... but pretty bleh. the items were stupid, the counsellors were lame.... and the @#$%^& S7 fac head dressed as legolas... LEGOLAS!!!!! poor little elfie..... sure the costume was pretty nice, but.... *hides in corner and cries* he mutilated my darling elfie!!!!!!!

the arts fac head wore the gondorian armour thingy... as in the leather breastplate with the white tree on it... quite nice... then the otehr fac heads were in some cloak thingys... harry potter maybe? they hsould just have dressed as ringwraiths, then we can have mini war of the ring in the central plaza. oh yes, and there was this lame "phoenix" thing in the campfire programme where they basically set fire to a wire structure with strings attached to it and flapped it up and down... -_-" CMI. it was just..... a very sad scene. laughed my head off at it.

then got chased out of the school by a stupid counsellor with "goofy" at the back of his shirt *waves middle finger at him* @#$%^& idiot..... think he's so high up there..... basically, i didn't like the way he chased us out... and it's too lor sor to describe here, so i shall go stew in peace by myself. went to the hawker centre neart BTP with the seniors, juniors and grandjuniors.... after cornering that #$%^& tian han and demanding JTS. wah... still got guts to say that it'll be soon..... more like next millenium.... maybe they'll JTS our great great great grandchildren or something in the near/far future... leave $10 in their wills to treat us. >< grr. 04S73 juniors very cute... alll very small sized... and for once there's equal no. of girls and guys in the class.... 13 each.... nice no. huh?

had advanced theory test today, was quite easy, finished in 1/2 hr. ^_______^ easier than basic i think. but i still spent the whole afternoon studying (and dozing). ^___________^

didn't go clinic today, but yesterday was exciting enuff... got a bangla come in with a cut on his finger... and he was making a big fuss while removing the plasters.... kept insisting he needed a drink of water until doc got so fed up he practically scolded the guy..... and then told the nurse no more trauma patients for him. ^_^ poor thing. quite stressful really.... to have 10 patients q-ing outside screaming for ur blood.....

and i just found out from classmates that wonderul EZlink is now deducting the full adult fare (almost) from our cards... >< so now must remember to tap when getting off the bus as well... otherwise bye bye $$$ heck, i dun even know how much i have left in my card! less than $5 i think.... -_-;;

been going for evening sessions at the clinic the past few days, and today as well, that's why i'm MIA at night. ^_^ was planning to come home to blog yesterday betweent the afternoon and evening sessions, but mum got lost on the way home. -_-;; not much happened on monday... not that i can rememebr. but yesterday... well, i saw a five year old kid is is almost as heavy as me. 40 kg can you believe that?! fat, and big sized... he's more than half my height! @_@ very scary... and his grandpa bought him an ice cream even tho he had a cough.... and i thot that the older pple were more particular abt the stuff NOT to eat when you're sick.... *shrugs*

not in the mood to blog today... fingers too painful from forcing the pins into the curtains. sort of spring cleaning at home, except it's just the windows. we got someone to clean it for us, so all we have to do is settle the curtain changing... ><

*bounces madly* ladida... high on the dregs of last nites marshmallow binge. ^_^ i think i ate more than 30 altogether.. the small ones, that is....roasted marshmallows rock!

chalet was typically 73. full of crap, and highly eventful. we had flying sausages, courtesy of junie, which almost hit XM's mum. lol. well, it wa a half eaten suasage lying on the grill, and since we couldn't figure out wat to do with it, junz just lifted it up and tossed it backwards over her head towards the house. O.o.... somehow, it never occured to us to throw it into the sea....... which was just in front of us.

incidentally, the whole bbq by the sea thing reminded me of ms goh and her dancing chicken wings while everyone else lay dead 'horror' story. also, there was no land breeze! it was sea breeze the whole way!!! hahahahahahaha

well, evening started off with chit chat with mr lee and mrs tam... and looney ray rememebring that he forgot to put his butter in the fridge at 5.30 when he bought it at 2+. -_-;;; blur king. paul gong turned up, edwin didn't, unfortunately.... but hey, good to see paul again. still looks the same too.

then we graduated to a game of monkey... i'm still aching from it. can u believe it? aching from a game of MONKEY???? the outcome of not exercising since cheena dance stopped.... just ran around and lunged here and there (futilely) and boom! sore arm, stiff back etc. >< never ever play monkey with JJ, he's fast enuff to BE the monkey! and paul too... rules of "to throwing overhead passes" dun work with him... his head too far above the rest of us. ^_^ think he's 1.8++m.... tallest guy in our class.

bbq was fun, the food was pretty edible, for once. but the pork was too salty. it was ginger marinated, then looney ray bought salted butter or something, so.... SALT OVERLOAD!!! hahahahah. then there were chicken wings, otah and prawns... and sausages of course. i started off with 3 sausages, then popped 3 marshmallow. i was planning to keep count of sugar intake... but after that.... sigh, lost count. osama ate 3 packs of potato chips before we managed to convert him to the joys of roasted marshmallows. ^_^ oh yah, speaking of him, he looks very cute with short hair!! suits him much better than his old hairstyle. and he DID grow taller..... strange huh? my theory is that all the nutrients that used to go to his hair finally got to go to the other parts of his body resulting in rapid growth. heh, sounds like a plant. but i've never ever heard of a guy who loves NS so much...... hahaha, one of a kind.

we got creative towards the end of the bbq, so we decided to try to cook an egg.... first egg fell through the grill. -_-;; it slid right off the aluminium foil and into the fire. so next we made an Al foil pan... quite funny, kellyn was doing origami with the foil to try to make it fit. this time it worked, but the egg took so darn long to cook we lost interest in it. and by the time we got back to it, it looked so rubbery i dunno whether anyone ate it. also grilled bread and made honey toast. quite yummy actually. ^_^

then looney ray and chiken started playing twinkle twinkle little star and silent nite on the guitar and some thai recorder thingy..... silent nite turned out as.... "gruesomely distorted nite". then insect decided to join in on the voilin. needless to say, mean ol' me laughed my head off when he started up. had a star gazing session too, with all the lights on. -_-;; esther showed me orion, so i finally know how it looks like. then chiken was trying to tell us where the big dipper was. i think i managed to figure it out in the end... but if u ask me to show it to anyone... well, i might end up showing the wrong thing so. ^_^ leave it to the experts ne?

went home at abt 10.30, gave deryne and osama a lift. osama was telling us abt his NS training in the car, highly entertaining guy.... i think i shall spare the pple reading this the details, otherwise this entry will be an essay alreadY!

oh ya, congrats on finally getting ps2 ning!! if u want to borrow the guide to KH, tell me...

played ffX just now, quite happy, going to get ultima soon, all i need are a few more lvl 4 spheres, which means i've to bribe the darn chimera brain for them... and i dun have enuff cash to spend. >< this is really the game where u CAN run out of gil i think... or maybe i've bad management.... *shrugs*

shall go read fics now, some FoR person finally updated, i can't rememebr the story already... must go reread.... and maybe write a bit. going for night clinic tmr so can afford to sleep late and wake up late. btw, y is the weather back to being so hot again!!! *cries* wish there could be a bit more of dec weather... minus the rain... cloudiness is nice... not so stuffy and humid. another factor for me wanting to go to UK. ><

talking to kevin no baka yarou now... he's telling me abt how he was smooching a girl on new year's eve. apparently the girl enjoyed it. i dunno whether i should pray for her salvation or feel sorry for her.... >< and now i'm explaining the criteria for seme/uke switching to him since he wants to know why i say he's neither seme nor uke..... dun ask. but it's fun... in a masochistic kind of way. now that i've finished explaining to him, he tells me he doesn't know what /// is. i give up., told him to go ning. and to include me when he does. *evil laughter* aw shucks, he knows now... and is totally freaked out!!! *rofl* serves him right too. *5 min later* grossness.... why is he talking abt tongues and biting now? turns out i might not be able to go chalet tmr cos of my eye..... scared it might get irritated with all the smoke and stuff... not to mention, can't swim, cos it'll make my eye worse, and lack of sleep too... and i'm one of the few who can go all the way till 6+ conk and wake up at 7+ and contiue crapping... oh well... see how my eye is tmr... if it's better, i'll go for bbq, but come home after that. apparently seniors are coming too... and maybe the first intakers. and osama who apparently grew taller and looks very cute without any hair. ^__________^ not to mention, must help the others start of the new year by irritating them... but they should be glad forthe peace and queit and lack of "so. how's your love life?" coming from me, cos i'm not staying over.... and all the fun stuff starts after 10+. ><

but on the brighter side, means i can prob write over the weekend. a little.

slow day at the clinic today.... not as many patients as expected, but lots of cute little kids. ^______^ there was this 1.5 yr old boy with really really pretty eyes, very big with long lashes.... bet there're lots of pple out there who would kill to have eyes like his. ^_^ and in case anyone out there thinks so, i'm NOT a pedophile (however u spell that)

was supposed to go pick up my new old pair of specs today. just changed the lenses..... so, i got to the shop, put my specs on and walked ard before realising the right side was blur. turns out the axis was off by 5 deg. sigh. so still wearing my red pair, which makes me look more... intellectual if anythhing else. also saw lyd as the promotion assistant thingy at some fishing game.... wa... seems quite fun le! but quite traumatising for the poor little fishies. ^_____^

can't think of anything else to say... oh yah, one more thing. can anyone remember the names of the dragons frm FoR? i can't stnad reading their chinese names, only ones i remember are nadare, saiha, rui, setsuna, koku and reishin. dunno the other two... the one which spirals and the one with the shield...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

hee, kickstarted the new year in a very.... interesting way. writing /// in the morning. there goes the resolution to be less warped. tsk. ^_^" only managed to type 6 pages worth of it, and that's prob only half a chpt, since i plan to wind up the whole story in 2 more chappies, so.... sigh. and i'll be officially behind time by a week tmr. >< coupled with the fact that i've a stye in my eye for some strange and obscure reason, probably means i can post earliest next week. oh yes, and got chalet over the weekend, and i dun think my classmates would appreciate having angsty warped en^2 in their midst. ^_^ tho' i wonder, would hyper warped en^2 be any better? maybe a little. i dunno.

spent the day lazing, watched the MTV VMA, the one where madonna smooched britney and christina. only the wonderful ch 5 censors cut that part out of the song. how silly, really. i bet that lots of pple (like me) watched it just to see wheteher or not the dear government or watever felt the dire need to shield us fragile minds from the evil influences of britney acting lesbo. XP ah well. probably watching dr.dolittle later due to lack of anything else to do. and mum also banned me from playing compy thanks to the stye. if u're wondering wat i'm doing here still, well, i gave the excuse that i neeeded to check XM's mail as to wat time we're meeting on sat. well. i checked it already, but hey, me needeth to feed compy addiction cos i prob won't be on the com until sun/mon if i'm too busy running ard tmr to come online.

okie dokie then, update on today. I LEARNED HOW TO CONTROL THE DARN CLUTCH AT LAST!!! hahahahahaha. and almost freaked the poor instructor out several times when i over-turned the steering wheel and hit curb (once), forget to brake at pedestrain crossing (a few times, but the near miss (or rather, hit) was his friend, so i guess it didn't matter. ^_^ cos he told the guy not to crosswhen pple are driving... but it's a zebra crossing... so if u dun cross there, then... what do u do? fly? do a kung fu jump across the road?) and stalled the engine by forgetting to step on clutch when braking. but oh well, now that i get the whole clutch-in-clutch-out business, it's funner to drive. car doesn't jerk so much i feel like my neck's gonna break. XP oh yes, and forgot to step on clutch when changing gear also, so i was trying to force the gear down to 2nd from 3rd (aka: reduce speed frm abt 40+ km/h to 20+-30) quite scary. cos i wasn't looking at the road while rattling the gear around... and we were approaching a bend. XP but hey! we survived. and i hink that once i apply for PDL, i get to go on the road! yay! fun fun!

life at the clinic was even funner today. it wasn't very busy, but got quite a few cases that were really interesting. there was a guy with internal haemorrhoids (dunno whether spell right or not) so the doc had to do a scope. which is basically inserting this metal tube-like thingy up the guy's anus so u can see inside. sounds disgusting right? well, the poor guy seemed rather embarrassed with yours truly in the room (cos he of course had to take off his pants) but since he didn't complain, i got to watch. ^_^ it's really not as gross as it sounds la, and (thankfully) i didn't see any X-rated stuff cos he was facing the wall. XP still retained watever innocence i have left. which isn't much actually. then i learnt how to take blood pressure, and apparently i might become his official spokesperson on the flu vaccine. @_@ cos a lot of ple asked today and he was starting to feel like a parrot, so he made me recite wat i could remember abt the vaccine to him... and he said that if i started off saying "it's a live virus" i would freak pple out and they would never come back again cos they think the doc's trying to kill them. ^_^ oh yes, and he made me explain to mechanism behind sinus to one of his nicer patients... and wat kind of medicine to prescribe. [me: !!! -_-" er... uh.... eh....] also learnt the significance of the diff areas that docs always press on when u complain of stomach problems. quite fascinating really. ^_^

and one more thing. he had a debate with a little boy (3+) on whether the kid should address me as 'auntie' or 'jie jie'. -_-;; wah lau, good thing the boy didn't call me auntie, otherwise i think i really would have gone to bang my head on the wall, which is right behind me. >< but the boy was cute. apparently, he always takes a vit C chewable tablet when he visits, so when the doc forgot today, he was pointing to the bottle and asking for "that one". ^_^ then got another patient came in to complain that his replacement, while he was doing reservist, "hao lan!" cos she was diagnosed with bronchitis instead of sinus, so she didn't get better. and an indonesian couple came for flu vac, and the guy was scared of needles and insisted that the needle was still in his skin even after the doc pulled it out. -_-;;; and another poor guy who managed to diarrhoea 12 times since 2.30 this morning... and he saw the doc at 10+.... ouch.

wow. long post. guess it's pretty obvious that i'm enjoying myself. oh well. next to find a job. sis got transferred, so dunno whether she can still get me lobang to work in airport cos she's not in charge of hiring now... think she's the CEO's assistant or something. hehehe... my little chilli padi older sister.... she actually sent out threatening e-mail to get the bosses to pay up for a farewell dinner!! haahahahahahha not bad huh?
