AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT INTO MELBOURNE UNI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *bounces around throwing confetti* happy happy h~a~p~p~y no da~~~~~!!!!!!!!!! XDXDXDXD if you asked me what i thot my chances were of getting in, i'd have told you that i had no idea. my agent said that i was the only one left in his agency who was guaranteed to get thru the 2nd round of selection, but i always thot that i wouldn't exactly get it, cos all the S paper pple and those freaks with A1 for GP would have gotten it nya. XDXD HAPPY!!!!!! the bestest best present i could get on teacher's day.XD

tally of prezzies today: 1 flower, 2of those flowers in frame kind of things (which i'm giving away. sh!!), 1 bottle of stars, 1 mechanical pencil that has an oreo cookie on the pump end... and 'sweet foods' written all over it... haha, do i look that much like a pig?? erm... 3 cards. more than i expected... considering that i though most of them hated my guts.... considering i scold them everyday... oh, and a little holder thingy made with ice cream sticks from the monitor of my class from hell. it's amazing how sweet the students can be when they want.... and sadly, the only time they want to be sweet is when you're NOT teaching them. the cards were really funny tho, cos 2 came from my math class, so they kept telling me to eat more and keep my health up. my mum says that they prob think i'm anorexic or smthg. XP

the celebrations were highly entertaining. there was break dancing, and i realised that my malay students seem to be better at thinking with their feet than their heads.... or maybe all the spinning and hand stand messed up their brains, so they all dun want to listen during class. haiz. but they were really good. then there was a skit by the sec 4s which was hilariuos.... they did 'cinderella' who was played by a guy and the voice over was faking an indian accent and saying stuff like "i vant tu dance vith prrrrince charrming... vhy doesn't he like me?" while the guy bounced around. then the fairy godmother was also a guy, who was wearing a short red cheongsam... and called himself the "very hot babe". incidentally, he's got nice legs. XD ahem. and after the 'transformation', they dressed another guy up in the 'ballgown' and they were running around holding his train. *rofl* and when he danced with prince charming, he ended up carrying prince charming.... and during one of those guy-tilts-girl... er... guy-backwards thingies.. cinderella's wig fell off. *laughs until cries* so cinderella covered up for it by jumping prince charming. literally. man, my jaw cramped after laughing that much.

yup yup, that was mostly the gist of the performance... so tmr's a holiday and i can watch all the PoT i want!!! which reminds me, got 1 more ep to finish loading the whole thingy no da~~ but got to type finish the STQ for my NT science paper and post my fic before can watch anything...... not looking forward to thrusday tho, cos it's ACES day and i'm expected to join in..... -_-" i dun wanna exercise!!!! i like my current state of unfitness!!!!!! *bawls* also got clothes dilemma too.... i dun want to bring extra clothes, means i've to dig up something that i can wear with my sports shoes and still look vaguely formal. *raises eyebrow* that in itself sounds kinda oxymoron-ish. *shrugs* off to spread my good news around ne, ja!!

yippee no da!! PoT needs 6 more ep to finish watever's up on the BT site. XDXDXD watched ep 9 last night, it was hilariuos..... it was the training session right after the ranking amtches... and inui was concocting all his evil veggie juices... the whole team minus fuji and tezuka threw up. XDXD love the part wher inui siad that tezuka's expression is too cold when he's playing tennis and the whole team started laughing. XDXD hm..... i wonder who would win the cold fish contest ne, mi-chan, tezuka or aoshi?? and incidentally, mi-chan and tezuka are both left-handed...... the significance? *shrugs* dunno. high on nothing as usual.

school today.... haiz, screamed at my NT class from hell like mad... my voice is still a bit hoarse now.... i think that the teachers in the other wing/upstairs/downstairs can hear me ne. -_-" cos i heard the teacher shouting in the classroom directly across mine in the next wing during one of the rare lulls in my class... anyway, gave them the test today... was trying to do revison with them and give them some hints before the test, but were they interested? no. and still dare say that i'm wasting their time cos they want to go home early. *rolls eyes* sooo angry. slammed my books and pens on the table and scared the crap out of the cocky idiot, suggested that HE take over instead and enlighten all of us with his astouding intellect. well, that was the gist of wat i said. not so 'cheem-ly' of course.

finally gave them the test... it was surprisingly peacefu lcompared to the previous one... but the way they cheat ah... *shakes head* so blatantly obvious. caught a girl who turned her paper to face this guy who was leaning over to her table and copying the answers. confiscated both their papers and made them start again. asked the girl why she did it, guess what she siad? "he asked me for the answers." *bangs head on wall* VAD DA FISH!?!?!!??! you mean THAT is a good enuff excuse to copy??? if i knew, i would have copied all my physics papers from osama or someone else a long time ago and gotten A for all my tests!!

brought the papers home to mark.. this time the results were better... dunno whether cos it's easier or cos some actually studied.... highest 21.5/25, lowest 2/25 (from the bimbo girl who doesn't like to think. she's the one who asked her friend to help her copy the workbook from another friend while she slept) as usual, some answers were... utter crap. for example: "what is heat?" answer: "fight". [heat = hit = fight] very interesting answer, but sorry, no mark. "what is temperature?" ans: "the degree of us" "when we want to measure the temperature our body we use the temperature find the temperature" [me: *screeches and shows mum* *bangs head on dining table* *laugh until cry*] was just telling teh other relief teachers that a random paper drawn from the pile has a high chance of having stupid answers... and sure enuff, the 3 papers i picked out to show them HAD stupid answers. -_-" i.... cannot take it anymore. please, someone just....... give me a bar of pure sugar. O.o

teacher's day tmr... students were bitching abt how they're the only school that doens't get halfday..... guess it's prob cos principal odens't want them to go paint the town red.... or shud i say, paint the HDB void decks red. literally. but kinda unfair, sitll got to see them in the morning for lessons... and i bet they'll be doing the "it's teacer's day, sit down, take a break, don't teach us" kind of thing.... thank goodness it's my nice (reltaively) sec 2 class and the best express class tmr... and dun have to see my other express class too. phew! ^_^" wondering how it'll be like... whether the students will actually be storming the staffroom like in MG....... if it is, i dun look forward to wading in at the wonderful time of 7.15 in the morning. yup yup, me gets to sch jkust in time for me to stroll to the office to sign in, take out m,y pencil box and calculator. after i'm done with that, the bell will ring and it's off for assembly. why spend any extra time in that place what... right? speaking of extra time, must remmeber to ask whether i'm staying to october or not...

kkz, off to type the NT science exam paper... somehow, i think i made it too easy... haven't finished setting it yet, and haven't gotten any reference papers either... but, i hope it's not deemed too hard either. -_-" ocs if it is then.... no comment. such busy-ness. ^_^ ja then!

ne kai..... thrusday's not a very good day for me... got to mark test papers. and cos i'll most prob have to babysit classes until 1.35, earliest i can get off school (assuming the test papers are a breeze) would be abt 3+ like that.... tues and wed would be better actually. ^_^ tell me what you decide okie? friday is definitely out, cos i got to mark 2 sets of papers before i go home in case i'm not called back. wouldn't want to make an extra trip back just to return papers. and xx.... i try my best to be patient with them... but sometimes you really just want to hit them over the head and drown them. but i suppose looking at it from another PoV, it makes you realise how blessed you really are, to be able to process info quickly and grasp subjects easily.

anyway, PoT progress is very gd... 10 more eps to finish all the torrents there. XD just spent 1h burning 17 discs for sis bf..... now i've to go watch my discs to make sure that they work, cos one of his discs was cranky, didn't have any sound. got to strt deleting the files from compy-san too... down to abt 29-30% free memory already. tsk tsk tsk.

msn games are very addictive, but very fun. the website is here... check out hexic, bejewlled, cubis and collapse... they're fun no da. haven't tried the rest, some need java but too lazy to install. sides, d/ling the java components will slow my BT rate. XD heheheh... PoT comes first no da~~~!! *bounces ard and ard and ard*

okie shall surf fics and then have PoT spree later.... but crap, i haven't set my NT apper yet... *whistles* let me pretend i didn't say that. *looks away from NT sceince text sitting beside compy* ARGH!! EVIL OBJECT!!!! but... it's the weekend right??? even tho i did bring it back with the intention of doing some work..... argh, nvm, i shall do it tmr on paper then come home and type. need to go find the past year NT papers for reference anyway. overdacitve imagination i may have, but thinking up of brain-damaged-kid-friendly (ok, i'm being a tad evil to those kids, but really, some of them ARE... nvm.) questions is very... brain-damaging. go try it. 60 marks of STQ that can be answered easily. i dun want all of them to fail and be retained becos of me... but why oh why can't someone else set it??? why must I be the one to do it???? if the maths paper is being set by the sec 2 ex-NT math teacher, why can't the ex-science teacher of MY science classes do it??? i mean, she's pregnant, but what difference does that make???? maybe the baby will inspire her??? *bangs head on wall*

haaiiiiiiii~~~ me won't mind going over to chou re nao one day, ms wee..... but the thing is when.... NUS is all the way in clementi.... and me is one lazy person. XD and your driving.... *rofl* did they ask you whether you race in those arcade games very often? cos apparently if you do you tend to be slightly worse... *scratch head* i dun see how that works unless it means the tendency to floor the accelerator? ^_^ and the first 5 items are really stupid nya, not on to the fun part yet.... i could do the left turning so they didn't teach me, something about judging where your front wheels are going... go get your PDL nya..... otherwise when you master your turning, your instructor will complain that going in the circuit makes him dizzy cos it's very. ahem. spacious in there.... and me no get your instructors before.... maybe cos i've never gone on friday morning before. but if you do get car 79 and it's a malay guy called abdul razak then you're in for a fun time if you go on the road... cos he'll personally horn at any taxi's who bully you and tell you about his grand plan to educate them on "being nice to learner drivers" XDXD one of my favourite instructors, cos he's nice and he likes talking, so the car isn't quiet for the whole lesson

eating fruits for dinner today..... cos i ate soba and sushi for lunch at sakae..... very full but very yum no da. XD ate lunch at 3 cos i stayed back to zap past year papers for students dear, it's my holiday homework and maybe farewell present to them if edwin decides to get un-depressed and come back next term. but i doubt they'll actually do it. *rolls eyes*

there was a mega-drama in the staff room again today... only heard half of it cos i was in the computer room printing. what happened was that this teacher was standing at the doorway with a student (from my sec 2 class) holding 2 adult ez-link cards and telling anyone within earshot that he stole them. she was facing my section of tables which was totally full too. apparently, the guy first went to his fren's house to do smthg, but ransacked the room and stole stuff from his fren. next, (if it's the same guy, not sure) he went to stadium on NDP and stole from pple there. but the most shocking thing of all was that he stole from teachers as well. he came into the staff room during staff meeting (cos there's no one ard then) and ransacked the previous relief teacher's bag. and he went to the PE dept and went through another teacher's things, took his wallet and spent every single cent in it. wow. that's scary if nothing. and it happened that one time i saw him going through my pencil box when i was talking to other members of the clas, but thought it was itchy fingers, so good thing i didn't keep any money in there. quite shocking really, cos he's actually a rather nice boy. quite enthu about learning and one of those who listen. duno whether it'll become a police case or not, but it was quite serious, got sent to see DM and parents were called in as well.... i think there'll be public caning for him on monday at least.

actually some of these students ah... you really wonder whether they can do logical reasoning or not... was he stealing for the kick of it cos it's a big deal to steal from a teacher without getting caught? or was he stealing cos he had no money? no idea what to think of him, but i guess on monday when i see their class i shall pretend i didn't know what happened.

my NT science class was being crappy as usual today. they asked me how old i was and they guessed 19, then they asked me if i was married and how many children i have. -_-" so i asked them if they knew what the legal age for marriage is and they said 20-21. so i asked again if they thought i could be married with children... and you know what they said? (a very fine example of their brand of logical thinking) "but cher! you so tall of course can get married already la!" -_-" what's the connection???? then better still, i was teaching them about heat, then they were asking about the temperature of lava which they think is melted iron... i told them it's melted rock, and it prob a few thousand deg.... so they had this brilliant plan of wearing a fire-proof suit and going to touch the lava. -_-" and they didn't believe me when i said that they'd probably get burnt even before they set foot on the lava and the suit would just melt on them. they are amusing when you're not trying to desperately drum some sense into their thick skulls....

incidentally, i'm supposed to be setting their exam paper (note: SUPPOSED) but considering that they prob won't study..... do you think htey'd actually realise if i don't finish the syllabus before the exam but give them qns on the untaught topics? cos i bet that even for the topics they learnt before, they'll make up their own answers on the spot. haiz. finished abt 30+ of the 40 MCQ i'm giving, onow got to think of 60m worht of STQ... need to go take a look at the past year papers.... ma fan.

today was very nce and peaceful. for once. didn't scold anyone. not int he mood nya... too sleepy. slept at 12 last nite doing notes for them.... *yawn* really feels like back in JC where everyay i'd go ard only half awake. ^_^ came home and crashed until dinner time too.

finished watching all my PMK discs, so deleted everything from compy-sama.... down to 16.8GiB free space... need to start watching PoT as well to get rid of even more space. guess i'll do that after blogging.

sis d/led bejewelled, so kinda ddicted to it now... only problem is that u've to pay after opening it 4 times, cos it's the trial version.... so we can only open 3 more times now... think it'll be locked after we exceed. haiz. i wonder if re-d/ling it will work? prob not. *shrugs*

gahhhhhhh........ help. me is in fidgety mode... the kind where i feel like going running.... except that
1) i don't like running
2) i just washed my hair
3) it's raining
4) did i mention that i don't like running? XDXD

must be the coffee. drank a mochaccino at coffee club for lunch.... with a nice pie, but i seriously think it's the caffeine rush nya. XD *bounces off the ceiling*

1.5 weeks more to the hols. XDXD then don't have to see those brats for 1 whole wonderful week. speaking of which, it seems as though they don't get 1/2-day for teachers day celebrations.... apparently they have lessons in the moring, then after recess it's celebrations. darn. was looking forward to 2 day holiday, cos didn't think i'd be paid to go back to school and slack. and... random thought... i wondering if i'll actually get anything from my students...... maybe a pitchfork or something. bet they think i'm the boring-as-hell-reflief-teacher-from-hell. ^_^" ah well. at least i dun have to see my other express class if the celebrations take the whole of after recess. i'd be happier not seeing them.

told off my 'good' express class today... cos i set work for them to do last fri while taking my PQA... so i wante dot go through answers today. and this guy very smart, sits right under mynose and starts copying the answers. for a moment he relly reminded me of chiken who sat right in front of mrs foo and copied the answers into his tutorial. yup, so me told them that they were wasting my time... man, either they're really bad or i'm PMSing.... seem to be scolding non-stop the whole week.

had to take the 'class from hell' today..... it was relatively peaceful. not including the almost catfight btwn this indian girl and boy..... she was kicking his chair and he was pushing her table. -_-" and trading off insults. had to practically drag them apart. haiz. then 2 girls from the other normal tech class came up to chit chat with 2 other girls. used the excuse of going to the toilet and stayed there for 1 h. *rolls eyes* don't they find it fragrant in there? they even shut the door so i 'wouldn't know' where they were. and still had to cheek to ask me "what are you staring at" when i went to drag them out of the toilet. i think rima (the other relief) reported to 2 missing girls from her class cos they didn't go back even after i sent them back down. so i went on a little walk to her class to find it mostly empty. poor thin. she teaches them art, so i think they're more motivated to do art during my lesson than hers. for some strange and obscure reason. *raises eyebrow* apparently they work well when they not supposed to be doing something???

maths class was pretty angelic today. taught them mean and frequency tables... they seemed to be enjoying themselves cos they could understand and do the questions.... compared to my hire purchase and taxation lessons. so i gave them a worksheet and graded it so their CA doesn't look so miserable...... average mark was 8/10, but one joker managed to get 1.5.... really dunno what he's doing during lesson. oh wait. i KNOW wat he' doing: talking, laughing and sneaking out of the class. that's one thing bad about the layout: there're no doors, just an open doorway, and in a class of 36, it's a bit hard to keep track of who's where if they refuse to sit down. so sometimes i'll notice that it's suddenly very queit and realise that they sneaked out when my back was turned. will it really kill them to sit down and shut up????? wish i could nail their butt to their chair and gag them.

speaking of butts.... the boys seem to enjoy wearing very very loose shorts.... and when their shirts come out, they've no qualms about unzipping their shorts in front of the class, tucking in their shirts and zipping up again. O.o on monday, there was this boy in my class who happened to stand up and turn his back to me.... his fren flipped up his shirt and because his shorts were loose and his briefs were loose, i had a very good view of his derriere. O.o *trauma* looked at the wrong place at the wrong time ne. but really, how can they stand walkng around with their pants almost falling off????? wat if it DOES fall off?????? but i dun think they've got any sense of shame man.

d/ling PoT 81-85 now.... managed to finish 21 ep of PMK in 2 days, XD maybe if got time after i finish my science notes later i'll watch more.... but i'm not in the mood to type my ntoes. i bet at least 25% of the notes i print end up as rubbish anywayz. haiz. shall go and surf fic before dinner now.... or maybe i'll just watch the ikeda-ya eps to psycho myself to be slightly more hyper???? ja!

to say that i was pissed for the major part of the day would be an understatement. it was more like i was fuming mad. all thanks to those brats who go to school with the sole purpose of wasting my time. warning, today's rant is going to have quite a few expletives. mostly censored but still 4-letter words.

first class of the day. express class. you'd think they have more sense and maturity than their normal tech counterparts... but nooooooooo, they dun f***ing have the sense of a f***ing peanut. as usualy, not listening, chatting during class, blatantly sleeping in front of my. and when i say in front, i mean front row at the spot where i tend to stand while talking if i'm not writing on the board. so i did my 'please take over my position and see how it feels' lecture in the hopes that they get the hint, but apparently, they're densert han lead. i swear if you send a gamma ray thru their damn skull, it's actually get reflected back at you. so here i was telling the class of in my most sarcastic frame of mind, and this f***ing b*st*rd tries to act smart and asks 'what's sarcasm?' you see the smug look on his face you want to pour acid over him and just wipe it off. the nerve! i'm alreay so angry i would gladyly shoot every single one of htem and there he is egging me and and trying to push me over the edge. GR!

next class. my maths class. my FORMER favourite class. heck, at the rate i'm going, i think only the best express class stands a chance of remotely remaining inside my good books. anyway, maths class. as suual, the malay boys are at the back having a party of their ow, my voice was already giving out from shouting first thing in the morning, and there they were, refusing to shut their damn traps for 1/2h. finally it got to the point where i was soooo pissed off i threw a marker at them. unfortunately i was too angry, so i misaimed and it went too high, hit the fan and hit another boy by mistake. i apologised of course. but this other b*st*rd has the nerve to say that i am rascist. rascist!!! becos i'm always scolding the malay pple for making noise. it's not my f***ing fault that they are the ones treating the palce like a pasar malam and SHOUTING across the class at each other, shoving brooms down each otehrs backs and sticking obituaries on each other. whoever said that these pple were fit to be called teenagers were deluded. they are an insult to the other NORMAL teenagers out there. so if they're the ones making all the f***ing noise, then tell me, why shouldn't i scold them? ok, so wat if there's a group of chinese girls sitting at the front who are also talking? for one, they are actaully PASSING the tests. and for another, they are LSITENING in class, not acting like something out of darwin's theories. heck, i think i'd rather teach ah meng how to find density than those brats how to do multiplication.

last class of the day. my class from hell. first thing they did was to sneak out of class before my lesson, pretend they were going toilet and run to the canteen to buy pepsi x instead. and whenever i see them drinking it, they refuse to hand the bottle over, if i confiscate it and put it under my table, they sneak out behind me and take it back. i shuold have just emptied the entire bottle down the f***ing sink. as usual, not paying attnetion yadda yadda yadda. i pity their parents. working to make money to give their kid an education they don't want. might as well spend it on drinking or gambling. miht be more profitable that way. i kept them back for 10 min after school, and they promised that htey would behave next lesson. and they'd better. it's amazing how there can be total silence when the DM is telling the off, and the minute he stpes out of the class they're running around like a bunch of insane chimpanzees. wait, scratch that. chimps are smarter than they are. i bet even worms are smarter. they know the meaning of 'staying out of danger' which those jokers obviuosly don't. 3 of them are getting caned tmr for shooting paper bullets and rubber bands during class, and all i can say is ha ha ha! you f***ing deserve! i just wish it was 10-fold!! 1 stroke is to f***ing little for that 10-inch thick hide!

ahem. sorry about that. i seriously don't see the point in actually caring about them, only it's part of my job. if i had the choice, i'd shoot all of them and rid the world of a few more brats. i bet the whole school would be happy too. gr!

*fans self* ok. relax relax relax. *rolls eyes* bet no one's ever seen me that pissed off so far eh? i surprise myself with how pissed i can get too. if anyone sees hyper me in class, or if my students actually get to see the hyper side of me, they'd probably think that i've got an evil/angelic twin depending on who you're looking at.

on to happier things. been on a PMK anime spree. watched 10 ep so far, moving on to more.... trying out my discs to see that they work fine, then i'm ddeleting the eps simultaneously as i finish them from my com. i'm down to 17.1GiB free space. -_-" and my PoT is only d/ling the 71-75 pack... still got up to ep 125, must free as much space as possible. can't wait for the hols, then i can camp at copy and watch all the anime i want. without worrying about how i should scold them the next day. overheard one teacher talking the otehr day... apparently she hadn't prepared anything for her class to do for her lesson, so she planned to go in and just scold them. yup, that's how bad it is at broadrick. if all you're good at is scolding, you shuold go there. plenty of oppurtunities for that. even withuot a valid reason, you can STILL find a reason to scold them, strange as it sounds. *scratch head* ms wee, you're lucky you got to teach at hwach.... volunteering to teach at MG sounds very good now, but... me no want to travel so far.... haiz. nvm, it's only until the end of the term.... edwin's MC was extended to the end of the hols, so hopefully *crosses fingers* he'll come back ne? but if he doesn come back... haiz, go see the previuos posts for my long-winded arguement on this.

okie dokie. me feeling much much much better after all the ranting now. this is the 2nd round btw, didn't let off enough steam during the first round to my mum... so gd thing me got bloggie here. last thing i want to do is to dream of those..... @#$%^&*()

hehehe, hmm... fortunately for you ning da, me hath not changed my mind about wanting to go to melby uni just becos i'll be plagued by a shopaholic-cum-yaoiholic..... worst case scenario would be to get a restraining order on you. XD only problem is that... you're the lawyer. -_-" that sounds vaguely oxymoron-ish..... but... imagine what would happen if we actually shared an apartment... i think that the whole block would get highly traumatised by 2 seriously deluded rabid very pro-yaoi supportive/hyperactive fangirls ne? ^_^"

PoT status: d/ling the 66-70 pack, 7h more to finishing off.... from here on everything comes as 850++ MB files. *cries* means that i'll most prob have to do 'carry over' d/ling instead of 1 per day... compy-sama has been on the whole weekend... minus a few resets. *pats compy* and it's behaving very well too, so i won't do any overnights for the whole week until friday. but making pretty good progress i must say. more than 50% through the entire series. ^_^ burnt up to ep 44 last night for myself and sis' bf. must go and check the quality of the dics and make sure that they're watchable before i start deleting from my com... first to go will be my PMK, cos that takes up abt 4++ GiB, and i won't mind that much if i lose any files by accident cos sis' bf already has the copy i made and he says they're all watchable. compy is down to 40% free memory now, really must go and get something done no da.

finished typgin ym NT science test, now got to go and do the express one.... wondeirng whether or not i should do the express one in the first place, cos actually if i want i can borrow the paper from the other science teacher... but i'm scared that hers will include a chapte rthat i haven't taught. ah heck, me shall be a gd and hardworking girl and set my own paper... but i duno whether or not it's an insult to their intelligence le... i took the qns from those assessment books and twisted them around slightly... hopefully it'll pass. cos the previous paper that they did seemed pretty easy though... *shrug* shall just submit all to the HoD tmr la.

speaking of tmr, it really makes me feel like... i dunno. dun want to look stupid by plonking myself down on a chair only to have the real owner of the chair come back and ask me to get lost, know what i mean? i'm assuming that they'll only know tmr whether or not edwin is coming back. if he does come back, hopefully there;re enuff sick teachers so that i dun have to go home 5 min after coming to sch... not that i'm complaining, i won't mind sleeping more/downloading more stuff. off to type the express test and read ficcie... and write my story too. was feeling bo liao yesterday, so i summed up all the reviews of all my other fics.... and the total is still less than what i have for 'lost soul'. therefore, by the principle of mathematical induction, i hereby conclude that:
1) i really have nothing better to do
2)the fan base of LotR is very big. DUH!
3)my writing has improved. XD

haiz. compy-sama was acting up again just now...... for watever strange and obscure reason, it seemed as though it was sending out spam mail!!!! seriuosly!!! so i had to shut down and restart. *shakes fist at compy* please please please just behave yourself until i finish d/lin PoT and burning it all, then i swear i wonn't touch bit torrent again for such extended periods okie???? i'm loading 56-60 now, so if everything goes nice and fast, i should be able to complete the whole series by end aug. XD but seriuosly need to do a spot of burning.... i'm done to 48% free memory on my computer. ^_^" no prizes to guessing where all that came from. *whistles*

spent today packing the attic..... went through all my stuffed toys. and found my 15yr old stuffed monkey. XD i remember that i used to swing it by it's tail unti lthe tail almost fell off, so i started swinging it by its ears, and the ears almost fell off. ^_^" wad. i was 4 ok. was wrapping the dog figurines we have also, and realised that we actually have a lot of.... stuff. dunno how on earth we managed to amass so much... stuff. quite amazing really. ^_^ i'd say junk except i think they look too nice to be considered junk. was also trying out my sisters winter clothing... so exciting! me is leaving in.... hm... abt 5 months time. *bounces* such fun! all the shopping for clothes to do.... *claps hands*

and my IE just did a spontaneous shut down *kicks compy* when i say i want an eventful life, i dun mean stressing out over my compy ok. *kicks compy again* now BEHAVE!

well, me shall go and surf my fics now. then i'll have to type my test papers again..... haiz. i'm half wishing that the teacher will come back so i dun need to set the exam paper, but i'm also wishing he'll stay away so that i'll have a job until the hols. then i can slack till next year and go back to study. Wah... PQA today... O.o that is one rojak of a test nya.... there was number patters, SAT-like question (those if X:Y, then Z:? kind), scenario and decision making (is stealing good or bad when your wife is dying and you have no money to cure her?) and a psychometric test too. *faints* wah, the first part was really hard.... 45 qn in 1h.... only managed to answer 25 qns properly. tikumed the rest. ^_^" the seconde part on decision and scenario was ok. first one was the stealing one i mentioned up there *points* they asked stuff that was really moral value-ish, then after that they asked wat if you were in such and such a situation... wah, i think they must think i'm a thief or something cos i said that it's ok to steal if there's a good reason for it. ^_^" second scenraio was on a teacher-student sexual relationship and whether it should be condoned if the student was graduating soon. made me think of CCS. ^_^" last one was on a lawyer who found out the main financial supporter of some charity was actually a retired drug lord who was wanted by the police and whether she should report him or not.... wah... tough decision man, but my stand was that since he wasn't doing anything wrong, she should just let the matter slide otherwise the charity would have to clsoe down. after that was the psychometric test.... er.... i think i portrayed myself as overly positive in that one. -_-" haiz. oh well. not like i want to go to adelaide ne?

met the relief teacher on the MRT down to the PQA... she was telling em that my maths class was surprisingly enthu about the maths test they took today. but that my NT science class was being crazy, although one really notorious "my butt can't stay on my chair" guy was surprisingly co-operative too. *rasies eyebrows* oh ya, and one boy 'talked back' at her... cos she threatened to send him to the DM if he didn't behave (he's a real gangster... got warning from police before.) and he said "send la! you think i scared?!" tsk tsk tsk. apaprently he picked a fight with the DM before. he's got guts to say the least, but he ought to be slapped. he's the kid who whacked the chinese boy in my class a few weeks ago... if you can remember. ^_^

managed to rewrie quite a large part of my fic last night. quite pleased with the result now. changed quite a bit of the plot, but it's less cheesy now that my OFC is playing a totally different role. ^_^ must go and write some more alter, if i can finish reading almost an entire week's worth of fics. like last time in JC when i only had time to read fics on weekends.... would you believe that i miss my days as a mugger? not that i actually mugged much by other chao mugger standards.... ^_________^

currently d/ling PoT 31-35, will prob leave it on overnight to do up to 40+. ^_^ compy-sama is back and viruds free once more. may it stay that way. think my viruses came from messenger plus, cos when i installed the file, suddenly i got lots of alerts popping up... so i uninstalled it and everythings running fine once more..... oh well. i don't use it anyway... heck. i don't even know how to use it... apart from customizing the sounds and the away tag. ^_^ which reminds me, must go and add in all my emoticons again... or... oh crap, dun tell me they were deleted when compy-sama was reformatted??? *crosses fingers*

XD i've got this really entertaining review who really REVIEWS my stuff... as in she writes me essays. kawaii ne... and her guesses are surprisingly accurate too. someone else on the same wavelength when it comes to overactive imagination? another reviewer said that she read somewhere taht an author wrote that ff.net is deleting stories with review replies at the bottom... i think that stupid. i mean, first they ban us from posting author's notes as standalone chapters... but if they're really going to delte all storie that have replies at the bottom, i'd say htey're touched in the head..... is it a crime to let pple know that you appreciate them? we can't mail everyone cos some pple are anonymomus reviewers wat.... but in the even that this is true, and my story (touch wood) gets deleted, i've already backed up my reviews. XD

shiok, tmr no school... don't have to see those brats. wah lau... everyday scold them... if you guys saw me in school you'd be wondering if i'm really the sugar over-dosee man. one boy in my express class got me sooooo mad today, if i was holding a pencil, i would have snapped it right into 2. wat happened was that they were making noise that they dunno how to manipulate the "pressure = force / area" equation to find force. so i was doing my best to explain, but they were also talking at the same time, so he got irritated with me (not that it wasn't mutual) cos i wasn't explaining the way he liked it and he called me gay. yes, GAY. dun remember what he was saying, but i know that's wat he called me. so angry, it took me 5 min to calm down properly to continue. but i managed to use my death glare at him, so. hah. sometimes i really wonder why i stay around to take all that shit from the students... there was one normal tech kid who called me a "mother f***ing bitch" cos i told him to get lost and stop disturbing my class. he was running ard with another girl and hanging ard my most restless class, so everyone was wandering out to say hi to them. if i had a choice, i'd slap them all to the next millenium and back again to when the earth was formed. but iguess that the 'warm fuzzy feeling' when there are students who are actually interested in learning and actually trying sort of makes it pay off. *shrug* ah well. i'm glad that's not my full-time job, and i'm glad i only have to see them until mid-october. after that it's good riddance to all of them. and i won't be surprised if most of my normal tech science classes get retained.

keyed in the marks today for their CA2. didn't know it's a termly affair... always thot that the teachers pia out the marks the day before we get our report cards. =P all the calculating and scaling so confusing.... all my classes except one were supposed to be caluclated upon 100, so i happily xconverted all only to realise i had one class that was supposed to be 50. so i had to recalculat that class, and it happened to be the one which had different things making up various percnetages. O.o thin kthe teachers in the staff loungs thought i was nuts... squeezing my papers, caluclator and talking to myself on a lace-covered table with the keyboard right up against the computer screen when my table is just outside the door. ^_^"....scared that someon would log off the compy and i can't get in ma.... i don't have my own ID, so i've to get pple to log in for me. irritating. not that i use the com in sch. dun like it nya. ^_^

let's see, update oin school.... been going pretty well actuqally, i still have no idea whether the teacher io'm covering for is ever coming back, but i just realised that i need to churn out another round of test papers no da. *throws tantrum* i seriously think it's a waste of time on my part cos the students prob dun even have any plans to do the test lor.... haiz... and an example of how bad their estimation skills are, they thought that i was 40 years old. and asked if i was married with children.. tsk, didn't anyone tell them not to anyhow guess a girl's age??? if you say i look like i'm 20++ maybe i can forgive, cos i do dress kinda grown-up and always have a black face in school... but 40?!?!?!?!? *socks students*

oh ya, big joke that happened today..... i woke up late, szo i forgot to put on my normal earrings... usually i'll sleep only with hte earring on for my 2nd earholes, cos i wear dangling beads on my olod ones.... so i forgot to wear my extra earrings today and went to school with a diamond stud on my right side and an ear-stick on my left side (which can't really be seen cos it's in the cartilage)so this china student i was giving "tuition" to asked whether i'm gay. -_-" me gaveth him the "drop dead you moron" look and contemplated saying yes.... too bad they're too simple minded, they'd prob take it as the truth and i'd be kicked out of the school.... sides, i though they all know i've got multiple piercings, cos i know they used to stare at all my earrings beforei was told to take off the top one on the left side. XD

anyways, me got to go update my ficcie now... supposed to post yesterday but didn't have time, was typing notes for my classes..... and, haizx, i think i need to rewrite a large portion of it..... i finally got sick of trying to weave my OFC into the plot cos she's becoming too much of a main character. so now i've got a slight idea on how to change the story, but... I NEED TIME!!!!! and that's something i dun have much of, unfotunately. haiz. nvm, hols coming soon.

halo pearll!! long time no see too... school okie? me also going to school... but wishing i was at the other end of the classroom. ><

saw jiang hai off today..... went to airport for breakfast at starbucks, drank the caramel frappucino, so i was a bit high by then... after that we migrated to crystal jade (i didn't konw there was crystal jade in T2....) cos his relatives were there.... ended up sitting at one table and drinking tea... then we felt bad so we ordered 2 baskets each of the ha gao and xiu mai. XD me lurves the ha gao nya~~~ we were taking photos and everything before he went in, had the 'i'm going to cry' kind of feeling that i had when my sis' went overseas last time..... but in the end, only chun and esther cried. ^_^" was too busy laughing to cry... dunno why felt like crying also in the first place nya... but it was so sweet, his whole family turned up, even his 2 grandmas, and they were crying also. after he crossed the customs, he was doing the 'da ming xing' kind of wave... so it was quite funny in the end.....

went to marche after seeing JH off... i managed to amaze everyone by finishing an entire strwaberry crepe with vanilla ice cream by myself. XD mok gave up 1/2-way thru his berry waffle.... and gena and esther shared a caramel banana crepe. *peace sign* mok was quite surprised i actually amnaged to eat the whole thing. *evil laughter* too bad i wasn't hungry, otherwise i think i'd have gone for a brownie after that. XDXD FCT joined us for lunch..... and as expected, he wore his pink sneakers. XP we wre betting that he'd wear a pink shirt, but unfortunately, he wore a peach one. hehehz... we is evil nya~~ went shopping with gena in the annex for a cardi... found one in 77th street.... quite nice, very dark shade of maroon with a broad white stripe along the collar and sleeves... and i found it too. *proud look* why does it seem that i'm better at shopping for others than for myself??? *shakes head* bought a cd box in anticipation of all my PoT stuff. XD speaking of which, i'm adding kikumaru and into my petting zoo too. XDXDXD

went to watch house of flying daggers on wed evening with parents...... i love the costumes... especially the outfit xhang ziyi wears in the first part of the show..... i like the way zhang yimou uses colours in his films... very nice.... and the background scenery too.... dad says that it's from jiu zai gou which i think he's been to before.... me want to see nya~~ pretty pretty. *bounces* also watched catwoman yesterday.... sis got free preview tix from GV.... it's pretty entertaining. the plot sucks cos it doesn't make sense, but the action is ok... the stunts are vaguely spidey-like, cos halle berry's also prancing all over the place, but i like the way she does her catwalk. it's cute. ^_^ so i guess it classifies as one of those summer shows that you onl watch once and won't watch again on a weekend? ^_^

going to see JH off tmr... he's leaving for duke...... time flies so fast, didn't seem that long ago that we were all mugging madly and claiming that we didn't study for our exams... and now everyone's going their separate ways.... hehz, and me will be one of the last to leave. dun think anyone else is going aussie.... maybe kellyn and mel, but haven't heard anything from them, and even if we do end up in the same uni, somehow i doubt that we'll end up all buddy-buddy cos we're totally from differnet worlds.... ah well. oh ya, i'll be handing in my deposit for monash on tuesday, just to secure my place.... melbourne still hasn't come back, but the agent says i can get a refund if i decide to pull out of monash in the end. tough choice, really, cos monash is shorter (and therefore cheaper) than melbourne, but melbourne is more famous..... even tho some of the top med pple back here come from monash (dr susan lim, and the head of plastic surgery in...TTSH? or GH? can't remember)... and if i go melbourne, i dun need to worry abt driving, whereas in monahs, i'll prob have to get a car in 2nd year like that.... argh! nvm, shall just wait and see how. either wya, i think i'll be happy no matter where i go. ^_^

update on ffx2.... i whacked shuyin for fun. ^_^" i only got 99% tho.... irritating.... so i went back to bevelle to try to complete the via infinito.... managed to get up to level 80. *peace sign* found out that i actually can siam the mega tonberry. just run against the wall so that i dun go smash into them....... BUT the level 80 boss is... *cries* i need to be able to break damage limit in order to whack it... but i only have 1 accessory to do that!!! means that for the others, i'll have to make them switch dresspheres to unlock the break damage garment grid!! and i dun have time for that!! and wat's worse, the attacks nullify my accessories, so even if i have a ribbon or equipped stoneproof, i STILL get petrified when the basilisk no baka does stone breath on me....tried changing into the special dresspheres in hopes that i would work.... but the stupid thing just petrified the main body!! so my game ended right there!!!!! *curses and swears* it's not exactly a basilisk though..... it's much worse. ><>

O.o after that he was wrestling with my dad.... very scary, he does head-butting. -_-" after all the exercise, he told us that his head was sleepy, so he was attempting to rest his head on his shoulder.... wahahaha, very entertaining everytime he comes over.... but very tiring also. ^_^

*bounces* long time no come online ne~~~ *gasp* since thursday!! *lol* got new obsession nya~~~

I FINALLY FINISHED X!!!!! and i'm now part of the PoT fandom. XDXD a bit sad tho, cos so far the only name i know is ryoma....... nvm, shall go ask the ning da later. on book 4 now, progress is pretty slow, takes me abt 1h per book even tho the cheena is pretty simple and understandable..... sigh, i can't believe that i'm actually reading a manga abt sports....... *shakes head*

let's see, wat's been happening since friday... oh ya! i got 5 day holiday over national day weekend. *peace sign* cos i didn't have to go sch on fri. XD not like i wanted to go...... thanks goodness, cos i dun want to go to school to grow mould till 1230 just to get $65. ><>
ok. thursday news..... well, there was a fight in my NT science class. very scary.... btwn a malay and chinese, both boys..... dunno how it started, i only noticed when they started throwing each other's bags off their tables, then the malay boy pinned the chinese boy against the notice board.... had his hands around his throat and was choking him. was quite shocked, cos the malay boy is so small sized... reminded me of a mad cat. anyway, tried to get the classmates to separate them, had no wish to get socked by him..... when they managed to pull them apart, i thot everything was ok, so i turned ard to continue.... and they also continued.... the malay boy was whacking the chinese boy's head so hard his specs flew off... and his specs have those curved grips to fit behing the ears kind...... poor thing, he was crying after that.... so i spent 5 min trying to get him to move to the other end of the class from the malay boy..... very drama man. didn't call in the DM cos it was a pretty one-sided thing, but i think if it happens again (touch wood) i'll send someone to find a male teacher to help out.

after that, the class was pretty normal.. got 2 malay jokers tried to play the cymbals thingy at chinese funeral... something like "tok tok chang! tok tok tok chang!" kind of thing on their water bottles.... then a grp of chinese bengs starting singing "amitabha" *rolls eyes* was chasing them ard the class to confiscate their water bottles, but didn't work int he end. ><>
that was the most exciting thing to happen that day, dun remember wad else happened. ><> -_-"] but really, when i saw that gravity one, i started laughing my head off at my table, until the relief teacher sitting across me came over to see what was wrong. ^_^"

la di da.... can't rememebr wat else i wanted to say, so i guess that's abt all... oh ya! ffx2... haiz, turns out that i neeed to complete the via infinito to get my 100% completion.... i tell u, if i comlete it and i dun get 96% total, i WILL scream!!!! cos the final bosses tota 4%, so i'm currently at 95% (the counter only shows whole numbers) mou!!! i'm at level 99, and the only garment grid that has break HP limit isn't exactly useful compared to the one with flare and ultima!!!! *cries* and the mega tonberry moves so fast and does abt 12,000 damage each time!!!!! aand it's only a 'normal' fiend!!!!! *hyperventilates* and i think the final boss has smthg like... 999,999 HP..... or is there an extra 9 in there?? *scratch head* with the maximum defense, agility and... the wholke works. ><>
shall go read fic and chat now.... need to find out the PoT guys names!!!

currently addicted to 'where did love go' by sun...... are radio stations over here even playing her song??? i mean, it hit no. 1 on the billboard lor.... aiyah, dunno la, but the song's nice.... pple out there must go d/l!!!

ahem. complain time no da!!! *evi laughter*

yesterday was the 'test' day, cos i was doing tests the whole day... the express classes were ok.... but the finished the paper in 1/2 the alloted time, so i collected those who wanted to hand up and let them do their own stuff...... had to threaten to keep one class back after school cos they were making so much noise...... tsk tsk tsk. the NT maths class was... almost the same as the science class from the day before..... but not as bad i think. cut marks frm 4 pple for yakking..... erm... highest mark is 16.5/20, lowest is 1/20. wow. no wait. 0/20, but that coming from a guy who hasn't been in sch for a million years. so guess my paper setting skills aren't THAT bad. i think.

did marking today.... got 1/2 a class more to finish the whole pile, then i'll have another round from tmr's NT science test....... the answers so far are......... well, very creative i think. one guy said that the "brain requires more oxygen to survive the brain cell" [me->???????????, big fat red cross on paper] i'll 'collate' all the stupid answers i've got for my NT science test after i mark tmr's barch, then i'll have a special post on it. i think there'll be enough to occupy quite a lot of space. >< *shakes head*

today's lessons were....... very interesting to say the least. my maths class was the most enthu i've ever seen them... we were doing nets and surface areas, so i was drawing figures on the board and asking for volunteers..... and they were surprisingly onz abt it... there was this really cute (kawaii cute) malay boy who's bout 1 1/2 heads shorter than me.... cos i was drawing really high up on the board so pple tahte back could see..... and he was stretching and standing on tip-toes so he could reach the level of my drawing..... reminded me of primary school when we had those jumping contests to clean the top of the whiteboard cos we couldn't reach..... then there was a bunch of girls eating chicken-in-a-biscuit....... so i told them to keep it but give me the box so i could use it as an example...... so they helped me to 'ta bao' the biscuits in a box so that i could bring it to my next class without it getting stolen by the students.... haiz. ah well, they're the smarter students, so i dun really mind wat they do.... it's those irritating ah bengs and hooligans that get on my nerves.

after them was my class from hell..... today was really the limit man. i was trying to teach them water pollution, but ended up talking to the whiteboard. wat's new. then they were cleaning their shoes with jif again. *rolls eyes* and if that's not enough, they take out those magic trading cards or watever they are and start playing right under my nose. i asked them to pass me the cards, they refused and tried to sneak it to another guy, so i cornered the boy at the back of the class and forced him to hand over the cards.... i tell you, if there wasn't a rule that teachers aren't allowed to hit students, i would have slapped that brat into next millenium. first, he refused to hand me the cards, and when he finally did, he threw them down on the floor and went back to his seat and cried. wah lau. after that, some bright idiot tried to sneak the cards off my table again. i had to threaten to rip them apart before they left it alone..... then they were making so much noise again i finally couldn't take it, so i scolded them for the last 5 min of the lesson, and told them that for everyminute they made noise, i'd keep them back from recess. i think i've finally found the way to get them to co-operate. just threaten to cut their recess short, or let them off late. cos on mon, i'm taking the last lesson of the day. and on wed, i'm taking the lesson just before recess...... i was impressed, it actually worked. the minute they heard i was cutting their recess short, they actually shut up. and i didn't have to shout for once. i just hope that it remains this way forever.

when is the real teacher coming back~~~~~~~ i hate the NT science class, my NT maths class is chao behind time in syllabus, my express classes... one is ok, the other is getting a bit irritating also. ><

haiz. enough ranting.... hehez, if only this were an LJ, then the above would be a nice big cut nya~~XP

ffx2 is progressing ok.... managed to whack the level 40 & 60 boss in the via infinito.... level 60 was a barely there one..... i used dunno how many mega phoenixes and elixirs just to barely survive... dun think i'll be able to complete the dungeon tho.... i mean, paine's already at level 99, but there's no way i can break HP limit, there's no such accessory, only way i can do it is thru the special dress-spheres.... but the bad thing abt them is that the minute the main part containing the character gets killed, the whole battle ends. haiz. and there's a higher tendecy to run into fiends that do more than 10,000 damage per blow in the via infinto from now on...... mou!!!! ah well, hopefully i can solve my chocobo problem ne.... then can get a few % at least... currently training to master yuna's special dress-sphere, cos it's got the spell flare in it..... after that will be paine's turn, then rikku's, cos i haven't gotten the last item to unlock her sphere... it's in the chocobo ranch dungeon. ><>

*clears throat* warning, today's complain session is going to be very long. don't say i didn't warn you.

first, remembered some stuff i left out of saturday's post.... there was this stupid AC junior boy sitting across me on the bus to HC funfair..... so irritating ok.... the idiot was carrying out a conversation at the top of his lungs with his friends.... one was sitting next to him, the other was behind me. so i had these kids shouting over my head on a 75% empty bus. and i was listening to my 'evil music' to qoute xx... and i tend to blast my music pretty loud. and as if that's not enough, he starts WHACKING the seat in front of me to prove that there is dust inside it *rolls eyes* and of course, all the dust ends up in my face.... but i must say it was pretty satisfying to give him my death glare and watch him shrivel. ^_^

ok. now for today. *fans self very hard* my express class was ok for science, they wer pretty co-operative during my crash course on photosynthesis and respiration.... my normal tech class was ok for maths also, they actually managed to grasp the concept of foreign exchange faster than i expected.... although they're still almost 1 month behind in the syllabus. ><>
today was supposed to be their science test... paper set by yours truly....... wah lau, i give them 1/2h to study, they end up running ard like a bunch of psycho monkeys... throwing things at each other and basically just wrecking havoc. then during the test itself.... haha, WAT test????? they were STILL talking and throwing things ard. heck, scrap the talking bit. they were shouting and screaming still. *bangs head on wall* i can't stand it, they behave like primary sch kids.... every other minute is "'cher! he throw thing at me!!" "'cher! she call me bitch!(this coming from a guy)" "'cher! he talking!" "'cher! wat's this mean? *waves middle finger in my face*" or someone using the table as the lion dance drum *resists urge to shoot all of them* i tell you, i got soooo angry with one guy i tore up his test paper. yup, tore it up in his face...... wish i could say that it shocked the class into silence, but there was like...... 1 second of utter silence, then they all started laughing and talking again. *rolls eyes* when they finished the test with 20 min to spare (oh wow, they completed my paper in 10 min) i tell them to shut up and sleep, BUT... they run ard the clas, sweep the floor (wat IS it with them and sweeping floors???? i always see someone walking ard with a broom during my lessons....) use jif to clean their shoes (!!!) haiz. you get the point. i really envy the teachers who can keep perfect order in the class...... everytime before i go in, must make sure i drink lots of water.... otherwise i'll shout until throat pain.

so... results of the test...... well, let's just say that i spent 1/2h marking 30 scripts. no kidding. it's that easy. just cross the whole way.... heck, when i mark their papers, i've a higher chance of marking something wrong by accident than marking it right. erm... highest mark is 15/20, coming from a boy who likes to swing on the metal grille on the class door... and also one of those whose hand seems to be perpetually stuck to the broom. lowest is 1/20... mean mark is abt 4/20. only 6 pple passed ok. *faints* and some of the answers i get...... i dunno whether to laugh or cry. not to mention their spelling is terrible. there was one question asking them to state the use of water as a solvent in homes and medicine.... some boy put "the water flows in the pipe and prevents air bubble" and i was like "?????????????" others better still. ask them how to prevent air pollution, they tell me "air pollution is pollute the air so must not throw things on the floor" something to that effect. basically very incoherent ramblings. *gasp* *sarcastic* there are pple who can ramble better than me!!!

guess that my urge to fail the whole class is rather uncalled for... they can fail even without my help lor. ><

phew! that feels better now. not so 'gek'.... tmr got 3 tests to do, so it'll be a nice quiet day for me, dun need to teach at all. XP but got lots of papers to mark.... ah vell. shouldn't be that bad i think... oh yes, must go and check whether the answers i got for the express test are ok by the teacher who set the paper.... i just hope my students can do the parts on photosynthesis and respiration.... feel bad cos i had to rush it for them. ah well, i already hinted that if they study my notes, they can answer the questions. *wink*
